SentiOne Automate version 215 was released on 06.04.2023. It is a rather small update and the main improvement includes system snippets and improvements in the context grouping feature.

We are happy to announce that our Flow module now includes the first set of system snippets. These snippets will make it easier for our users to create their bots' conversational flows, saving them time and effort.

Context groups refinement 🎨

We introduce 2 small but nice improvements to the context grouping feature:

πŸ’Š IMPROVEMENTS

  • [Flow Snipets] Small UI improvements in Flow Snippet features (changed the order of icons in the toolbar, adjusted font sizes for buttons etc.).
  • [Flow] Now we are showing a more specific error message when there problem occures during the Flow publishing action
  • [NLU] We've added icons to NLU training buttons

πŸ› FIXES

  • [Webchat] [Chat tester] - we've adjusted presented image size to Webchat/Chat tester width
  • [FLOW] - selecting blocks and drag & drop feature were buggy, so we fix it :)
  • [NLU] - the errors while adding space in the memory key was not shown correctly
