SentiOne Automate version 239 was released on 20.06.2024. In this version we have added new function to AEL which gives bot access to tags, metadata and context which can be used for example with integration to send diagnostic data to 3td party systems.
- Function system.conversation has been enriched with information on tags, metadata and contexts
- Three new functions were added: system.conversationTags, system.conversationMetadata, system.conversationContexts
