SentiOne Automate version 241 was released on 14.08.2024. In this version we have focused on further development of AI Knowledge Base items which are essential when designing RAG based bots. You can read more about AI Items here


💊 IMPROVEMENTS

  • [Security] Improved logging of security events in admin panel
  • [Knowledge Base] AI Items are now available as an experimental feature
  • [Knowledge Base] AI Items can be created from XLSX files

🐛 FIXES

  • [Analytics] Fix Source type filtering with All option
  • [Channels] When voice channel subscription fails, channel should now be marked as invalid
  • [Channels] Fixed invalid options when configuring Google ASR and TTS
  • [React] Bot messages in React integrations should now have non null author name
  • [Multi Languages] Fixed inability to store value in Language block
  • [NLU] Downloading results of batch classify does not cause application error
  • [Livechat] Setting X-Region header for LiveChat API calls.
