v260 Enhanced Intent Recognition & Voice Features 🤖

SentiOne Automate version 260 was released on 09.04.2026. This release introduces rebuilt intent classification with improved performance, Microsoft ASR speaker diarization, expanded Public API capabilities, and enhanced multilingual text processing.

Enhanced LLM Intent Classification

The LLM intent classification engine has been rebuilt with improved performance and reliability. Users can now select specific AI models for intent recognition, providing better control over classification accuracy and cost. The enhanced system maintains full backward compatibility while delivering faster response times and more consistent results.

Microsoft ASR Speaker Diarization

A new "Ignore additional speakers" option is now available in Microsoft ASR settings. When enabled, the bot listens only to the first speaker, filtering out background voices and ambient noise. This is particularly useful in speakerphone mode or environments with multiple people present.

Public API Session Search

A new /api/public/v1/conversations/search endpoint provides comprehensive conversation search capabilities with flexible filters including project IDs, session IDs, time ranges, and cursor-based pagination. The endpoint returns detailed session metadata including message counts, tags, intents, call summaries, and channel information.

Multilingual NLU Pipeline

The NLU pipeline now supports an experimental multilingual lemmatizer/tokenizer that can be enabled in NLU settings. This new tokenizer handles language-specific text processing more accurately, with support for emoji, domains, emails, phone numbers, and addresses across multiple languages.

WebChat Mobile & UI Improvements

WebChat now properly handles mobile device layouts with correct conversation sizing and keyboard positioning. Icon selection UI has been redesigned for clarity, and large channel configurations no longer cause URL length errors in preview mode. Tooltip layouts in the Documents section have been optimized to reduce unnecessary whitespace.

Flow Navigation Fix

Fixed an issue where returning from cross-project flows would incorrectly re-display Say block responses instead of processing user input, ensuring proper continuation after flow redirects.
