SentiOne Automate version 264 was released on 30.07.2026. This release introduces sound notifications in WebChat, per-value sensitivity control for conversation metadata, a redesigned AI Tools section in LLM Say, and configurable message timestamps.

Sound Notifications in WebChat

WebChat can now play a sound notification when a message arrives from the bot or an agent while the user is on another browser tab or application. The feature is fully configurable in the channel form: enable or disable it, use the default sound or provide a custom audio file, and optionally change the host page title to draw the user's attention back to the conversation.

Sensitive Data Control in Conversation Metadata

Channel clients attaching metadata (extra_data) to conversations can now mark individual values as sensitive and control their lifetime. Sensitive values are masked everywhere a human reads them — logs, debug output, Analytics, and stored conversation history — and encrypted at rest. Lifetime control determines whether a value persists for the whole conversation or only for a single request, giving integrators fine-grained control over tokens and other confidential data passed from host applications.

Redesigned AI Tools in LLM Say

The AI Tools section in the LLM Say block has been rebuilt with a clearer tabbed layout, improved tooltips and descriptions, and better error handling — including clear reporting of errors originating from inactive tabs.

Message Timestamps in WebChat

Message time can now be displayed next to message bubbles in WebChat. The feature is configurable in the channel form — including the time format — and is disabled by default.

Genesys Enhancements

Conversations transferred to Genesys now display the real client name (taken from the Welcome Screen author field) instead of a generic channel source, making it easier for agents to identify who they are talking to. Conversation disconnection has also been made resilient with an automatic retry mechanism.
