SentiOne Automate version 243 was released on 10.10.2024. In this version we have added Microsoft's Speech to Text and Text to Speech services as an easy option to select in you voicebot.

[Integrations] You can add variables in global Integration settings and not only in request definition
[OpenAI] Safely store OpenAI API key in Organization settings.
[Knowledge Base] KB connectors now disable themselves after continuous failures and they are marked as disabled.
[WebChat] Configurable bot and webchat session time on channel connector settings
[Livechat] Show typing indicator when waiting for Bot’s response

🐛 FIXES

[Analytics] Fixed issue when error in final bot response caused conversation history to be incomplete, even though partial message was sent to end user.
