SentiOne Automate version 218 was released on 18.05.2023. We've added an option to search for Blocks by their types. Now, you can also delete a single conversation in the Conversations module.

There's a new addition in the Advanced Block search syntax. Now, you can search for Blocks by their types.
ποΈ Deleting conversations
We're on the way to making our platform more GDPR-compliant - we've just added an option to remove a single conversation from the Conversations and Analytics modules.

- Fixed a bug that made it impossible to delete a company that used KB
