SentiOne Automate version 248 was released on 27.03.2025. This new release brings a carousel feature to web chat, native support for Google Gemini chat completions, and embedding models

Native support for Google Gemini

In Organization > AI Credentials you can now add an API key to Google Gemini. It will allow you to use the latest models in the "LLM Say" block or index your Documents in the Knowledge Base using the latest embeddings from Vertex AI.

  • [NLU] NLU is now more resilient to network glitches with a request retry mechanism
  • [Conversations] Messages that are sent to the user after the voice call is disconnected are now marked in transcription
  • [Tags] Tags are now stored in chronological order as they are added during the conversation and returned always preserving the right order

🐛 FIXES

  • [Conversations] Export from the conversations module didn't include all filters
  • [Listen&React] Webchat quick replies were displayed as bot messages in SentiOne React
  • [Autocorrect] Autocorrect is applied also to the first words in a sentence even if they start with a capital letter.
  • [Autocorrect] Multiple fixes for specific words based on submitted issues.
  • [Chat tester] Fixed scroll issues when the stream is used
  • [Channels] Fixed issue where the application would endlessly try to refresh access token
