What's a Back to Previous Flow block?

Back to bot allows the user to return to the conversation with the bot from the previous selected flow.

When do you use it?

When the user is being transferred to an agent (see block "Redirect"), once the conversation with the agent is done, the user is transfered back to the previous flow.
