Analyze phrases

The Analyze user input function in the Phrases tab allows you to test the recognition of your phrase. Using this tool, a given phrase is classified according to the percentage of recognition, and what entities are identified.

It is possible to edit or add entities and intents in this view. Once you decide if your phrase is appropriate, you can add it via the Save button or just Cancel to clear the Analyze input bar.

Why we use the Analyze function

The Analyze function is commonly used by bot designers to test different phrases and determine the performance of the NLU. For more details see Training analytics.
