Tags

Tags are additional pieces of information that can be assigned to the elements of your Flow in order to provide more analytical data. They can be added to the whole Blocks or specific Outputs. Use Tags in your Flow anywhere you need them to track the relevant KPIs and utilize the full potential of the Analytics and Conversations modules.

Tags attached to Blocks

To add Tags to your Block, open Block settings and go to the Tags section.

Tags added to the specific Block will be displayed directly on it and they will expand when hovered over. You will also see Tags connected to the specific Block in the Message details in the Chat tester

Tags attached to Outputs

You can attach Tags to each Output in Block settings in the Outputs section. Tags added to the specific Output will be collected by the bot at the moment of leaving the Block using the particular Output.

Tags added to Outputs will also be displayed on the Block (hover over to see the exact Tags attached) as well as in the Message details in the Chat tester.

Storing tags

Tags are stored as an Array of Strings.
