Items

Items correspond to smaller databases that we can directly use in our projects. It's a quick and easy way to store small databases/pieces of knowledge. They are available globally and if changes are made, we only need to edit such an Item once for the entire project.

How to create an Item?

To create a new Item, you can enter data manually or as a Connector (see Connectors).

To access our Item in flow, use "knowledge.name" command, here "knowledge.contacts1".
