Release Cycle

SentiOne platform development is very dynamic. In case of infrastructure managed by SentiOne the updates are being deployed every two weeks.

Every two weeks we create new release branch which is being tested both manually and automatically for another week. Then if we're satisfied with the quality of our release we do production deployment.

SentiOne reserves the right to change the release cycle and dates of making an update.

In case of on-premise deployments there's no predefined schedule for release updates. Detailed deployment plan is being agreed with the customer on individual basis. Frequency is then based on number of factors like:

• Need for preparing additional documentation
• Acceptance testing in customers environments
• Changing hardware requirements
