Connectors

Connectors also store data we can use in the flow, but in this case we do not have to enter it manually. We can insert it in the form of:

• Integration
• XLS Document (e.g. Excel)
• HTML
• Simple/Complex CSV

We recommend using Connectors for large amounts of data or files that are used globally and are frequently edited.

How to create a new connector?

First, we need to create a new connector. To do this, click "Create" and select the appropriate format.

Name your Connector, upload a chosen file in the appropriate format and test it in the editing panel. If the file did not generate an error, we can save it. The new Item will appear in the Knowledge Base main list.
